Asia Cup 2025, India vs United Arab Emirates Predicted Playing 11 Today Match, Full Squad: Suryakumar Yadav’s Men in Blue will open their Asia Cup defence with their opening Group A match against UAE in Dubai on Wednesday evening.

While India will undoubtedly start as firm favourites, plenty of debates and discussions have emerged over the probable Indian XI for the tournament. Despite doing reasonably well in recent outings, wicket-keeper Sanju Samson is expected to vacate the opener’s slot for the returning Shubman Gill, named vice-captain of the squad. Designated finisher Rinku Singh, too, could be on the sidelines with India primed to slot in a slew of middle-order all-rounders and a wicket-keeper in Jitesh Sharma lower down the order, should Samson miss out.

Left-arm wrist-spin sensation Kuldeep Yadav too is expected to be on the sidelines as India attempt to find a balance between departments. Varun Chakaravarthy and left-arm spin all-rounder Axar Patel are likely the first-choice tweakers for the side as Jasprit Bumrah, Arshdeep Singh and all-rounder Hardik Pandya lead the seam-bowling charts.
