It took the Croatian heavyweight until age 35 to finally land inside the Octagon, but he made sure to make the most of it, swarming and finishing divisional fixture Marcin Tybura. “Walking Trouble” was clearly the more powerful and quicker of the two, and as soon as they broke off the fence, Delija made sure to let go of his hands, finding the chin and securing the finish.
Finishing a tenured veteran like Tybura is a massive statement straight out of the gate and could elevate Delija straight into the rankings when they update next week. This was an outstanding performance for the debuting veteran!
