Tatsuro Taira, HyunSung Park make weight for UFC Vegas 108
Tatsuro Taira and HyunSung Park were successful in making weight on Friday ahead of their UFC on ESPN 71 flyweight headliner at the UFC Apex.
LAS VEGAS – The main event for the UFC’s return to its home turf in Las Vegas is set after the headliners made weight Friday.
Ahead of UFC on ESPN 71 (ESPN, ESPN+), which takes place Saturday at the UFC Apex, Tatsuro Taira (16-1 MMA, 6-1 UFC) and short-notice flyweight replacement HyunSung Park (10-0 MMA, 3-0 UFC) stepped on the scale at the official weigh-ins.
The flyweights were the first two fighters to the scale during the one-hour weigh-ins window, and each was 126 pounds to make the fight official.
