Ryan Gandra delivered punishment and pain to Trent Miller in the featured bout of Dana White’s Contender Series 79.
Gandra (8-1) capped off a night of five finishes in five fights with a first-round TKO of Miller (7-2) on Tuesday at the UFC Apex in Las Vegas, concluding his beatdown performance with a TKO at the 2:51 mark of Round 1.

The 30-year-old Brazilian middleweight was thrilled in the aftermath of his performance as he recorded his seventh straight win – all of one which came by stoppage.
“It’s a lot of pressure coming here for a contract,” Gandra said through an interpreter in his post-fight interview with “Charly Arnolt. “I knew when that hand was coming through, there was no coming back.”
