Northamptonshire all-rounder Rob Keogh has signed a contract extension with the club for next season.
Keogh is just 38 runs short of 10,000 in all competitions and has also taken 220 wickets with his off-spin.
He has played 10 County Championship and five One-Day Cup matches this season after revealing in March that he had to miss part of the 2024 campaign because of mental health issues.
“I’ve got a lot of respect for everything he’s given the club since a young age,” head coach Darren Lehmann said.
“Rob’s now one of the senior members of the squad who brings so much experience and knowledge to the dressing room.”
Northamptonshire will end the season with a home County Championship game against Division Two champions Leicestershire, starting on Wednesday.
“After making my debut in 2010 and winning trophies and promotions with the club, I still feel like I have more to prove and give, and I’m really looking forward to 2026,” Keogh said.
