It’s that time of year when everyone you know seems to be in Italy. This also includes people you know but don’t actually know, such as celebrities like Bradley Cooper and Jeremy Strong, who both happen to be vacationing in Capri this week.
Just days after Cooper’s double date with Brad Pitt in New York City, the actor joined Strong and his wife, Emma Wall, on the Italian island, where they hung out together on a yacht on Tuesday. Cooper looked relaxed in a rumpled white linen shirt, blue shorts, dark shades, and worn-to-death Louis Vuitton sneakers. Strong, sporting what seemed to be the same Haans Nicholas Mott-designed corduroy bucket hat he wore to the Cannes Film Festival last month, followed suit in a lightweight maroon set, a beige T-shirt, and low-profile brown loafers. (That Strong’s vacation wear of choice bore a strong tonal resemblance to Kendall Roy’s memorable yacht attire feels, at this point, par for the course.)
For those wondering why Cooper and Strong happen to be on overlapping vacations, it turns out the two have been pals for years; they were also, at one time, meant to be costars in Cooper’s Maestro before Strong had to drop out due to scheduling conflicts. But their shared proclivity for linen is ripped right from the rich-guy-in-Italy style playbook. Buon viaggio, you two!
