Flights bound for Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport were halted and parts of the terminal evacuated after a strong gasoline-like odor was reported. The FAA temporarily suspended departures and implemented a ground stop to ensure passenger safety while the source of the smell was investigated.
