The Assam State Selection Pickleball 2025 ended with strong performances across all categories, highlighting both young players and experienced names.
In the Open Men’s Singles, Aditya Bikram Kaman defeated Swagat Baruah 15-5 with steady play and sharp placement.
The Girls U-16 Final was a close match. Prapti Baruah beat Nayeem Hussain 11-10 after both exchanged points throughout.
In the Boys U-16 Final, Ayyan Rehman overcame Aditya Bikram Kaman in a well-fought contest to take the title.
The Mixed Doubles Final saw Anangsha Alomgyan and Rajat Sarda beat Manaswinee Hazarika and Junaied Toshif 15-4 with strong coordination and quick play at the net.
In the 30+ Singles, Anangsha Alomgyan defeated Manaswinee Hazarika 11-8 in the Women’s category, while Rajat Sarda (in blue) beat Ayush Agarwal 15-6 in the Men’s final.
The day wrapped up with six champions, a mix of new faces and experienced players, marking another solid step forward for pickleball in Assam.
