1st- Personal details, details of family, address and income proof, caste certificate, 10th 12th graduation, post graduation marks, previous UPSC attempts, job details etc.
2nd- Include details of all the prizes and awards you have won in past. It should showcase life beyond books and can include Prizes, Medals, Scholarships, Sports/N.C.C., Position(s) of distinction Leadership held in School/College, Other extracurricular activities and interests such as hobbies.
3rd- It includes details on desired cadre, zones, or service preferences. One may be asked a question if their IAS and IPS preferences differ too much.
