OnePlus Nord 5 could be a rebadged version of the OnePlus Ace 5 Ultra (pictured), which recently debuted in China.
OnePlus is expected to ditch its signature Alert Slider on the Nord 5 and introduce a new customisable “Plus Key” for quick actions. The phone is also said to include an in-display fingerprint sensor for secure unlocking.
The OnePlus Nord 5 might sport a large 6.83-inch flat OLED display with a sharp 1.5K resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate.
Under the hood, the Nord 5 could be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9400+ chipset. If the leaks hold true, users could get options with up to 16GB RAM and a massive 1TB of storage. The phone may also pack a huge 6,700mAh battery with 100W fast charging.
Photography enthusiasts can expect a dual rear camera setup featuring a 50MP main sensor with Optical Image Stabilisation (OIS) and an 8MP ultra-wide lens. Selfie lovers will likely get a 16MP front camera.
