The Indian women’s cricket team will take on England in their fifth game of the 2025 ICC Women’s Cricket World Cup. This will mark the first instance of the Women in Blue playing at the Holkar Stadium in Indore this tournament, and their only game at the venue.
India started the tournament with two wins in a row over Sri Lanka and Pakistan, but their campaign is hanging by a thread now, having lost each of their last two games to South Africa and Australia in thrilling games by three wickets.
Meanwhile, England has played four games so far and is unbeaten. The Nat Sciver Brunt-led side defeated South Africa, Bangladesh, and Sri Lanka before their game against Pakistan was washed out.
