As the year inches closer to its end, all eyes are on OnePlus and its next flagship series. The latest leaks point towards the OnePlus 15, which has already made a quiet appearance online. A leaked image spotted at the Elite Gaming League Finals in China, shared by popular tipster Digital Chat Station on Weibo, allegedly gives us our first proper look at the device. From design tweaks to hardware upgrades, here’s everything we know so far.
OnePlus 15 Design
The leaked photo suggests that the OnePlus 15 will sport a square-shaped camera island on the rear. Inside, there’s a pill-shaped cutout housing the main and secondary lenses, while two additional circular cutouts appear to hold a third camera and LED flash. Word is that all three sensors will be 50-megapixel shooters, which could make for a pretty decent setup. Interestingly, this design marks a shift away from the OnePlus 13’s round camera module, although it still carries a few similarities to the OnePlus 13s. Colour leaks suggest three options at launch: Black, Purple, and Titanium.
OnePlus 15 Camera
One big change with the OnePlus 15 is the end of the Hasselblad partnership. Instead, OnePlus is betting on its own DetailMax engine. The Chinese tech giant claims this new in-house system will improve sharpness and detail while maintaining the image processing improvements fans got used to with Hasselblad tuning. It’s a big move that could define OnePlus’ camera identity going forward.
OnePlus 15 Specifications (Expected)
Under the hood, the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset is expected to power the device. The display might be a 6.78-inch LTPO OLED panel with 1.5K resolution and a 165Hz refresh rate, which can scale down to 1Hz to save battery. Speaking of which, leaks suggest a massive 7000 mAh battery with support for 120W fast charging. Out of the box, the phone should run OxygenOS 16 (based on Android 16) globally, while the Chinese variant will come with ColorOS 16.
OnePlus 15 Launch Date and Price In India (Expected)
Reports hint at a China launch next month, followed by a global rollout in early 2026. If the leaks hold true, the OnePlus 15 could cost around Rs 74,999 in India, slightly higher than the OnePlus 13, which debuted at Rs 69,999.
