    From Idu Jude, Abuja

Preparatory to the 2027 general elections, the leadership of the Obidient Movement says it has successfully inaugurated ward coordinators in local government areas across Kano State.

In a statement signed by the national coordinator, Dr Tanko Yunusa, over the weekend, the occasion was marked at the Municipal Local Government with the official unveiling of the “Peter Obi Prosperity Cap” – symbolising the journey from consumption to production, and a collective stand against hunger, disdain, and the misappropriation of public funds.

Leaders from Jigawa and Katsina States joined their Kano counterparts in solidarity, pledging to take the new initiative back home and amplify the message across their states.

Yunusa pointed out that the Prosperity Cap is a symbol for all Nigerians, a call to action for good governance, accountability, and a better future under Peter Obi’s leadership.

He further revealed that efforts to bring the initiative to the people for youth empowerment are ongoing.
