Shefali Jariwala Dies At 42: Kaanta Laga Fame Passes Away After Cardiac Arrest
Shefali Jariwala, best known for her appearance in the hit music video Kaanta Laga, has passed away at the age of 42. She was rushed to a hospital in Mumbai but was declared dead on arrival. There is no confirmation as yet that her death was due to a cardiac arrest as reported by some media. The cause of death is yet to be confirmed by medical authorities.

The hospital staff confirmed the news and said, “Shefali had expired before she was brought in. Her husband and a few others accompanied the body.” Shefali is survived by her husband, actor Parag Tyagi.

The popular actress-model had appeared in Salman Khan’s reality show Bigg Boss 13. She had also participated in dance reality show Nach Baliye 5. On the acting front, she was seen in a cameo in Salman Khan, Akshay Kumar and Priyanka Chopra’s 2002 classic Mujhse Shaadi Karogi. Shefali gained a loyal fan following at a young age after her iconic music video.
Shefali proudly described herself as an “Artiste & Pug Mom” on Instagram. She regularly shared photos and videos, keeping her fans engaged. Her last post was shared just three days ago.
Her untimely demise has left the entertainment industry and her fans shocked and heartbroken.
