This dish can’t decide if it’s a salad or a pasta, and, honestly, we love that about it. Heavy on veggies and studded with pantry and freezer staples, this dinner might as well be a poster child for the Mediterranean diet. Expect all the key players: leafy greens, olives, fresh herbs, citrus, and no-cook fatty fish that’s rich in omega-3s.
