Delhi High Court denies bail to Kashmiri Separatist leader Shabir Ahmed Shah in a terror funding case registered by National Investigation Agency
Shah has been in judicial custody in the case since June 2019.
NIA had vehemently opposed the petition moved by Shah against the order of trial court denying him bail
It had been alleged against Shah that he played a key role in building the separatist movement in Jammu and Kashmir, inciting the masses and raising and receiving funds through hawala to fuel militant activities in Jammu and Kashmir.
