Last Updated 7/11/2025 at 7:45 a.m. ET: Attention, folks. It’s time to get back to your seats and buckle your seatbelts, because the Prime Day luggage deals are about to begin its final descent. That’s right, it’s been nearly 96 hours of Prime Day (Week?) and we’re just about to make it to our final destination: the weekend. At this point, if you haven’t already copped a new carry-on, duffel bag, or dopp kit, then you probably don’t have a vacation coming up soon, and, well, sucks for you. But if you’ve just been waiting until the final hour to get in on the deals (sort of like how you booked your tickets last minute), then now’s the time before the gates are closed and everything heads back up to full price.

Amazon Prime Day Luggage Deals FAQ
What are the best luggage brands on Amazon?
Luggage on Amazon is, fittingly, a bit of a mixed bag. You’ll find plenty of big-name brands—Away, Samsonite, Delsey Paris, Bellroy, Travelpro, SwissGear, American Tourister—alongside solid budget options like AmazonBasics and Coolife. Some of our favorite travel bags from Tumi, Rains, and Thule also make the occasional appearance, though inventory tends to be limited. What you won’t find (at least for now) are offerings from DTC darlings like July or Monos.
While we usually recommend steering clear of third-party sellers on Amazon, luggage is a rare exception—unless you’re after a designer brand. Many third-party sellers, like Portmantos and Pattern Products, work directly with top luggage brands to list their inventory on Amazon, making them a reliable option for scoring legit deals.
Do I need a membership to shop Prime Day?
Some deals may be open to all shoppers, but to unlock the best of Prime Day, you’ll need an Amazon Prime membership. It comes with perks like free shipping and returns, early access to the biggest discounts, and exclusive invite-only deals. If you’re a new member, you can sign up for a 30-day free trial to take advantage of Prime without a long-term commitment.
Do Prime Day deals change each day?
Yep, Prime Day deals definitely change each day, and sometimes even by the hour. Amazon rotates in new discounts each day across all categories (tech, clothing, home, you name it), so what’s here today might be gone tomorrow. Some deals only last 24 hours, and others sell out with a quickness. If you see something you like, it’s probably smart to grab it before it’s gone.
For as long as we can remember, Prime Day has been a two-day event. Not this year. In 2025, you’ll have four full days to shop for deals. The deals will begin on July 8 and be live through July 11.
